CCLS 2026-2027 Online Registration Guidelines

All classes are subject to change based on MA public schools and FSU decisions.

We are using UniPay, so all class registration will be through an on-line UniPay system. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from UniPay. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

If you want to cancel or change any class, please send an email to mgmt.team@ccls-usa.org. All refund will be processed by Nov 1st, 2026 via Zelle or Check.

Registration Deadlines

• Early: By June 30, 2026, $20 early registration discount to Chinese class
• Regular: After July 1, 2026
• Late registration: any registration after Sept 30, 2026 will be considered as late registration, and the payment will be processed through Zelle or check. The processing fee of $20 will be charged for late registration, and the school admin team will decide the tuition that should be charged. Please contact mgmt.team@ccls-usa.org.

Tuition Refund Policy

• 100% if canceled before the 2nd class
• 90% if canceled before the 3rd class, after $20 processing fee
• 80% if canceled before the 4th class, after $20 processing fee
• 0% if canceled after the 4th class

In addition, all cancellations are subject to a $50 non-refundable registration fee.

Important Notes

• A registration is not considered complete until payment is made.
• Unless explicitly noted, all tuition/fees are for the entire school year (2 semesters), textbook fees (if applicable) are included in registration fee and collected together.
• Your order reflects the correct payment amount you should pay. Any early discount or late fees are already reflected in class prices. Please do not make adjustments to the payment amount.

Sibling Discount

All the Chinese classes include two prices for each registration period (early or regular). Full price is for your first child. Sibling discount only applies to other children in your family. Your first child should pay the full amount.

Faculty Benefits:

• a. For the children of Chinese teachers who take classes in our school, the first child can enjoy a tuition fee reduction of $100, the second child $75, and the third $50 tuition waiver.
• b. Chinese language teachers can enjoy a $100 tuition fee waiver per school year for cultural lessons at school.
• c. The children of cultural teachers can enjoy a tuition fee reduction of $50 per school year for Chinese classes in our school.
• d. Student teachers of cultural courses can enjoy a tuition reduction of $50 per family per school year.

Liability Insurance $15 per student per period per year

CCLS has to pay its landlord liability insurance about $15 per student per period per year.

School Security Duty Deposit $50 per family

Each family will need to perform the school security duty per school year to help ensure the safety of students in the teaching building and in the FSU campus. To introduce accountability and fairness to all CCLS student families, each family will provide $50 /per family as the parent duty deposit when registering your first child. The school Security Duty Deposit $50 per family is included in the registration fee when you register your first child. This deposit will be refunded once you have fulfilled the parent duty as required in this school year.

Referral Credit

If you are a new family to the CCLS, please provide the name of your referral or where you find us. The person who refers you to our school will obtain a $20 referral credit, which will be awarded by Nov 1st, 2026.

• Period 1: 1:30 – 2:15 pm
• Period 2: 2:25 – 3:10 pm
• Period 3: 3:20 – 4:05 pm
• Period 4: 4:15 – 5:00 pm
